Michigan sightings......
Barb's painting called "Pink Prairie Rose" is on exhibit at the St. Katherine's Church on Meridian Road in Okemos, Michigan. Come see the exhibit of other Deckled Edge artists.
Barb won a third place ribbon in the MSU Orchid Show sponsored by the Greater Lansing Orchid Guild. Two orchid paintings are on display with other winners at Gracie's in Williamston, Michigan. The paintings are called "Orchids and Bubbly" and "Orchid Confetti".
Barb has two paintings on exhibit at the Okemos Public Library. The paintings are part of the Deckled Edge Art Group exhibit which will be available for viewing through the Month of May.
Barb has a painting called "Mostly Mechanical and Some Imagination" in the Second Monday Artist Member Show called "Human Influence". The exhibit in at Gracie's in Williamston, Michigan April 24th through June 26th, 2013. Come to the reception on Saturday, May 11th, 2 - 4 pm to enjoy the art and meet the artists.
Barb's new studio is completed! She has moved in and the studio is furnished with new tables and chairs. The new air conditioner is quiet and cool. The heating system makes working in the studio warm and cozy. She has begun working in the studio and it is wonderful!
